You’re the reliable one. The “strong” one.
The one family, friends and coworkers come to
when they need advice or guidance. You enjoy being supportive but it’s starting to take a toll.

You’re navigating an important life transition and
you’re experiencing anxiety, self doubt, and uncertainty about how you’ll manage it all.

I support millenial women of color through a number of life transitions like:

  • a first job, new job or dreamy promotion

  • beginning or completing graduate school, possibly as the first in your family

  • questioning, beginning or ending a meaningful romantic relationship

  • considering family planning

  • moving into your 40’s and experiencing grief

A woman with long dark hair, wearing a yellow floral shirt, sitting outdoors on a stone stairway surrounded by greenery, smiling at the camera.

Hi, I’m Harjindar.

(pronounced Har-ginder). I work with millenial women of color who experience anxiety, burnout, trauma, generational trauma, race based stress and depression.

As a relational psychotherapist the relationship between me and my client is the most important component of therapy. I provide an open, curious, non-judgmental space to support you in meeting your goals. My therapeutic approach is unique in that I integrate talk therapy with somatic (body based) practices.

Clients who have worked with me have expressed -

  • feeling more clear and confident

  • feeling lighter and more joyful in their bodies

  • softened messages of guilt and shame in ways that hold them back less

  • increased sense of self and ability to express needs

  • feeling safer and more connected within themselves and their relationships

I believe the wisdom you seek for change innately lies within you. I do not position myself as the expert in the room. My role is to work alongside you to help clear this path with you.
